Black Mountain Forestry Center, a nonprofit
organization, offers tours, forestry related educational opportunities,
and is the site of the Gerdrum Museum and gift shop. The annual
"World of Wood" festival is a much anticipated event!
Their mission: 'Promoting an accurate understanding of grizzly
bears and their recovery in the North Cascades Ecosystem through
community education and involvement.'
A quiet place located in the foothills of beautiful Mt. Baker (just
40 minutes from the ski area). We have varied accommodations and meeting
spaces for up to 250 campers with the option of purchasing meals or
for smaller groups to prepare their own meals. We invite churches
and Christian organizations to come and encounter God.

It features a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a children's playground
in a lovely park like setting.
