	May 12	KendallWatch Community Action Group - 7:00-8:30p.m.
		Guest Speaker: Resident Deputy Jason Karb. Local Updates, News, Question and Answer Period. Guest Speaker: Deputy Nyhus and his K-9 partner See how these partners work together to fight crime! Question and Answer Period with follow the demonstration. Please note Children under 12 years of age are most welcome but must be accompanied by a parent at all times, both inside and outside the school. Refreshments & 50-50 Raffle Please pass the word! Bring a neighbor or friend with you!

	May 24	First Annual Harvey Haggard Spirit Award Spaghetti Dinner
		Dinner will be held from 5:30 - 8:00 pm and Bent Grass will be entertaining. Advance Tickets are requried and can be purchased at the Foothills Visitors Center for $12.00 each

	Mt. Baker Blues Festival Ten years of great blues! Come be a part of the best blues festival in the State of Washington!

The annual "World of Wood" festival is a much anticipated event!

	Ski to Sea May 29, 2005 This world-famous annual relay race covers 85 miles and ends in a parade and street fair. Participants can get applications from their site.

Set on the banks of the beautiful Nooksack River, and overlooking the Twin Sisters Peaks, it makes for a great campout weekend. 	Ken Meyer Memorial Foundation Raise funds to help Whatcom County cancer patients through the Laurendeau Foundation and the Community Cancer Center at St Joseph Hospital. This ride helped the Ken Meyer Memorial Foundation raise $8000.00 in 2004, doubling our contribution from 2003. Help us continue to support cancer care in 2005.
